Campus: Our campus in Henniker, New Hampshire, is 15 minutes from Concord (the State capital), 30 minutes from Manchester (the State’s largest city), and 90 minutes from Boston. This 220-acre campus is full of natural beauty and outdoor activities.

Programs: All our programs—over 60 associate and bachelor’s degrees, over 20 master’s degrees, and one doctoral degree program—are delivered in the liberal arts tradition. Our dedicated and accomplished faculty focus on giving students opportunities to live what they learn.

Free skiing and snowboarding at Pats Peak, award-winning NCAA III athletics teams, ropes courses, on campus trails, intramural sports, and more than 40 student clubs and organizations means you’ll have plenty of chances to meet new people and try new things.

Study Away: We believe that the world is your classroom, and our professor-led trips combine classroom learning and real-world application. You can travel around the world over winter or spring break at no extra cost. The trip is already included in your tuition.

Internships: Numerous internship opportunities in real-world jobs have allowed our students to live what they learn.

Accreditation

Accreditation of an institution of higher education by the Commission indicates that it meets or exceeds criteria for the assessment of institutional quality periodically applied though a peer review process. An accredited college or university is one which has available the necessary resources to achieve its stated purposes through appropriate educational programs, is substantially doing so, and gives reasonable evidence that it will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. Institutional integrity is also addressed through accreditation.

Accreditation by the Commission is not partial but applies to the institution as a whole. As such, it is not a guarantee of every course or program offered, or the competence of individual graduates. Rather, it provides reasonable assurance about the quality of opportunities available to students who attend the institution.

Henniker offers lovely views of the Contoocook River and surrounding hillsides. A historical covered bridge serves as a romantic meeting place but also captures the unique spirit of New England for all special events. We specialize in small to medium sized events that take advantage of our beautiful outdoor setting.

In addition to the covered bridge, event spaces on New England College’s campus include state-of-the-art classrooms; meeting rooms; outdoor patios; overnight accommodations; rambling greens; and sports complexes including an ice arena, dance studio, and turf field.

New England College’s experienced events staff and our fully equipped caterer, Chartwell’s, can help fulfill your event needs. Each occasion will be tailored based on your individual requests including food and beverage selections, audio visual equipment, custom party or business event rentals, logistics and floral arrangements.
